All transactions are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. 

Due to the immediate access to digital products all purchases made on Healing from Complex Ptsd and Healing from Complex Ptsd Mighty Networks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and no exceptions.

Please note: All courses and their contents in the Thriver Membership are time spaced for integration into daily life. 

Digital Thieves: Please note all courses and course material are time spaced. You are unable download all the material from a single course, or the entire membership in one day or one month, and please note, no refunds. Yes, we have digital thieves who try to do this, realise they can’t do this, and request a refund. No refunds as we know the course work is effective.

Digital Courses have been around for some time now. You know in advance whether or not you are ready to do the work needed, or not. Many people globally work with the courses in the Thriver Membership, all with complex ptsd, and we know the courses work. We do everything we can to ensure you know beforehand what the courses are for, and to see if you like Linda’s teaching style. No refunds for change of mind as you have access to thousands of dollars worth of recovery material immediately.

You may cancel your account with us at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. All membership plans with subscriptions include automatic re-billing for your convenience.  Updates to your membership are sent once a month and are meant to serve as a courtesy reminder of your subscriptions. Therefore, refunds will NOT be given in the event that you do not cancel your membership prior to your renewal date. If you would like to prevent any future auto-rebilling, you can cancel your current membership plan at any time in your account dashboard. You will continue to have membership access until the end of your current plan, but you will not be re-billed at the end of the term.

To cancel your subscription:Log into your Mighty Network and go to Your Profile > Your Purchases > Active Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

In the event that Healing from Complex Ptsd suspends or terminates your account or these terms for any reason, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any Healing from Complex Ptsd Property or any fees for any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

If you are requesting a refund because a product is damaged please contact us and we will replace it. If the product happens to be a downloaded form or an online course, it is understood by you, the user, that you will not receive a refund for changing your mind.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Website.
