Just this week, after being “good” for so long. I was struck. Struck by, I don’t know what. No event, no trigger, no episode (that I am aware of). Just “off” all of a sudden. Nothing in my mind, no feelings to recognize or be with. No thoughts to sort. Just kinda empty. Void. Numbish feeling. I did not like it. It lasted 2 days. I chucked it up to “exhaustion,” and proceeded to take a couple days off, to allow myself to be and sit with the nothingness. I can’t say I really gained any insight from it, unfortunately.
